This is where we fundamentally differ from traditional corporations. A significant portion of the equity in our ventures is allocated to the Bakkiyam Foundation.
The Foundation acts as a trust, holding ownership on behalf of our contributors (employees, partners) and the communities we serve. This means the people building the value are the ones who own it.
As our ventures succeed, they generate returns in the form of dividends and increased equity value. These returns flow back into the ecosystem.
A portion is reinvested to launch new ventures, accelerating our growth. The remainder is deployed by the Foundation into high-impact community initiatives—funding education, healthcare, and infrastructure projects, further uplifting the communities who are also our co-owners.
